Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for shopfloor incident investigation and reporting for assigned area, coupled with timely escalation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Track, trend and continuously improve performance for overtime, OEE, production (unit/hour, pound/hour), MUV, Scrap and CIP for assigned areas.
  • Promoted and drive continuous improvement programs using Operational Excellence tools and methodologies in processes/procedures in the shift for root cause analysis and resolution of issues.
  • Drive OEE performance, understand the drivers, and develop and execute plans around improvement of line performance and quality metrics with support from direct manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry.
