Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, furnaces, automated robotic systems, and process lines

Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
- Open to fresh graduates with relevant hands-on training, internships, or project experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, or assembly
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (2D/3D) and follow technical instructions
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools and quality checks is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow structured processes consistently without deviation
- Comfortable performing repetitive, high-precision tasks in a disciplined environment
- Willingness to learn and be trained across multiple manufacturing processes
