Key Responsibilities
- Develop a web-based CTB application using ASP.NET / C#.
- Design and implement modules to automate Bill of Materials (BoM) extraction, total quantity input, and material availability and shortage simulations.
- Build user interfaces to display CTB status, material gaps, and readiness flags.
- Implement backend components to fetch and process data from CTB inputs, SAP-derived BoM files, and CR structures.
- Build comparison logic to validate alignment between CTB BoM and SAP BoM.
- Develop scheduled routines to run weekly CTB updates automatically and compare CTB component lists against SAP data.
- Flag inconsistencies such as missing materials, incorrect master data, and outdated information, and trigger alerts for Master Data teams.
- Incorporate product and material information from Symphony / PDM into the CTB tool.
- Document application architecture, code, data flows, and user instructions.
- Support deployment on Schneider Electric's internal environments (IIS/Azure/internal hosting).
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Industrial Engineering with strong digital skills, or any related discipline with demonstrated programming experience.
- Coursework or projects in web development, .NET programming, or database systems are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, HTML/CSS, JavaScript is required.
- Experience with SQL databases, stored procedures, and data modelling.
- Ability to build REST APIs and handle JSON/XML structured data is an advantage.
- Familiarity with BoM structures, manufacturing or supply chain concepts is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Industrialization, Supply Chain, Master Data).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to propose digital improvements.
