Requirements

- 10 to 15 years of experience in Thin Film research and development for NAND process (Diffusion, CVD, Cell Films).
- Demonstrated expertise in thin film deposition techniques including ALD and CVD (recipe setup, process tuning, fixing).
- Proficiency in using metrology tools: ellipsometry, X-ray reflectivity (XRR), SEM, and TEM.
- Solid understanding of process integration, defect analysis, and yield improvement methods.
- Competence in process optimization, documentation, and data analysis (SPC, DOE, root cause analysis).
- Ability to communicate technical findings effectively in both verbal and written formats.
