Key Responsibilities
- Lead all facets of operations, staffing, and functional performance improvement within the SMART warehouse.
- Optimize operational strategies by integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and human-robot collaborations for lean spares/material storage and distribution.
- Maintain close communication with internal and external customers to achieve strategic business objectives.
- Facilitate the timely and accurate receipt and distribution of both inventory and non-inventory goods to internal customers.
- Maintain inventory stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory auditing accuracy.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and Agentic-AI approaches for problem detection and performance optimization.
- Promote a Safe and Green Working Environment by developing processes, procedures, and training aligned with safety, quality, and sustainability goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop an inclusive and effective team.
