Key Responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment-related problems while being responsible for overall equipment performance metrics (UTIL, AVAILABILITY).
- Define and implement equipment maintenance programs to sustain continuous production operation.
- Implement continuous improvement programs on equipment to enhance operational safety, performance, and minimize losses/maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with equipment and automation vendors to set up machine and material automatic handling capabilities.
- Lead or participate in equipment benchmarking and the definition of Tool of Record (TOR).
- Provide 24x7 support to manufacturing operations, ensuring maximum equipment uptime to meet weekly production targets.
- Interface with process engineering teams to develop and support new processes and applications.
- Lead or coordinate new equipment installation and production release, including buyoff and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry is preferred.
