Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end business performance in Singapore, including sales results, forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account execution.
- Drive therapy adoption and market development for TMTI across SEA, including identification and expansion of Centers of Excellence (CoE).
- Lead commercial strategy across SEA TMTI and Singapore all product franchises to deliver sustainable growth.
- Lead, Coach, and develop a high-performing sales and clinical team in Singapore while providing strategic guidance to the SEA country team for TMTI.
- Drive education and capability building initiatives through physician training programs, workshops, and proctorships.
- Lead tender strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations in Singapore while supporting market access initiatives across SEA.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and reimbursement environments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in science, healthcare, or business discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry with a strong balance of clinical and commercial (sales) experience.
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams with solid people management and coaching capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate dynamic market environments, addressing challenges and driving business outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to influence physicians, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of clinical needs and patient pathways.
- Strong business acumen, including strategic planning, forecasting, and commercial execution.
