Key Responsibilities
- Implement EHSS management systems aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, local regulations, and company EHSS policy.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and develop recommendations for process improvements or remedies.
- Lead, plan, and implement programs to achieve site safety KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Maintain an Incident & Injury free workplace (Live Safe) for both Team Members and Contractors.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct periodic EHSS audits, surveys, and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Provide technical guidance, regulatory advice, and training to management regarding EHSS matters.
- Oversee the chemical management process, including approval, safe storage, inventory tracking, regulatory reporting, disposal, and shipping.
Requirements
- 7 years of EHSS experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- At least 4 years of experience managing audits and ISO 14001/45001 management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide guidance on EHSS procedures to production and support workers.
- Strong teamwork skills and analytical capabilities.
