Key Responsibilities
- Initiates contact, develops relationships, and generates demand for customers in hunting zones
- Understand customer pain points, cross sell service portfolios and promote Schneider Electric's full range of services and solutions
- Secures customer satisfaction overseeing order, delivery and ongoing activities with the customer
- Utilizes BFO (Salesforce.com) for funnel management, account planning, and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.
- Works with GSC and KAM to create Local Service Contracts and/or Frame agreements.
- Provides detailed and accurate weekly Order & Sales forecasts
- Support analysis and reporting on field service performance.
- Provide timely input to the Tender team for sales quotations and proposals
- Monitors margins using Delegation of Authority process to escalate opportunities below country thresholds.
- Provide Service Sales & Marketing Leaders with offer feedback and needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of Technical Sales experience with a total of 8 years of Electrical Engineering experience
- Experienced in Electrical Distribution Systems, Protection Systems and Power Quality
- Previous experience in Services and Recurring Maintenance Contract will be a key differentiator
- Strong ability to analyse market and competitors
- Expert relationship-building abilities with both new and existing customers
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
