Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, optimizing, and executing channel marketing and eCommerce campaigns to support distributors and sales partners.
  • Support and coordinate with internal teams (sales, eKAM, offer marketing, marcom) to create marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools for campaigns, proposals, and reporting.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Use Excel to build dashboards and visual reports on sales, channel performance, inventory trends, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Support partner-focused activities such as product launches, events, sales trainings, trade shows, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Assist in managing partner communications (e.g., newsletters, promotions, product launches).
  • Monitor initiative expenses and support budget and claim processes.
  • Contribute to the execution of the Annual Marketing Sales Plan (AMSP).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, eagerness to learn, detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for marketing, partner growth and collaboration, sales enablement, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred to effectively support communication with diverse stakeholders and partners.
