Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations and maintenance of UPW, WWTP, LSR, and other water treatment systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors to implement corrective maintenance (CM) and preventive maintenance (PM) programs.
- Study, plan, and implement engineering projects including upgrades, retrofits, system expansion, and maintenance solutions.
- Support and enforce safety compliance alongside government regulations for all water treatment processes.
- Initiate, evaluate, plan, design, and supervise improvement or new projects for relevant water systems.
- Propose and implement water recycling projects to reduce overall water consumption and meet sustainability goals.
- Plan, design, and lead Control Automation engineering projects for new construction, system upgrading, and quality improvement.
- Identify and implement advanced technologies to improve electricity, waste, or water reduction in alignment with Micron's sustainability efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other analytical tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and efficiency.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and skills in water treatment systems.
