  • Champion and drive CBWMO's contributions to strategic operational risk initiatives, including RCSA analysis and action tracking.
  • Manage and track progress against scorecard deliverables for various operational risk initiatives, proactively raising alerts for potential misses.

Requirements

  • Direct experience in Operational Risk management within Wealth Management or Brokerage Operations.
  • Proven ability to operate as a 1st Line of Defence contributor.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks and control effectiveness testing.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements into actionable operational controls.
  • Experience driving risk culture and behavior change within operations teams.
  • Proficiency in leading governance discussions, issue escalation, and remediation tracking.
