- Manage and track progress against scorecard deliverables for various operational risk initiatives, proactively raising alerts for potential misses.
Requirements
- Direct experience in Operational Risk management within Wealth Management or Brokerage Operations.
- Proven ability to operate as a 1st Line of Defence contributor.
- Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks and control effectiveness testing.
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements into actionable operational controls.
- Experience driving risk culture and behavior change within operations teams.
- Proficiency in leading governance discussions, issue escalation, and remediation tracking.
