Requirements

- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or a similar cleanroom/automated environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-handling skills are essential.
- Ability to organize manpower, assign tasks, and manage breaks while maintaining output targets.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment, including rotating shifts, weekends, and nights.
