Cross-Cultural Expertise: Experience working in diverse environments, with a strong understanding of different design perspectives. Proficiency in Agile Methodologies: Skilled in agile project management and iterative design processes. Appreciation for Simplicity and Elegance in Design: Influenced by Japanese design principles, focusing on creating relaxed and comfortable user experiences. Ability to work outside Singapore in regions such as China, South Korea, Taiwan, and Australia, with travel and remote work capability as required. 5+ years managing multiple projects. 5+ years of experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams. Experience estimating, scoping, and writing statements of work that clearly set customer expectations. Experience leading customer workshops, uncovering opportunities, gathering requirements, and reviewing deliverables. Experience facilitating Design Thinking or Envisioning Workshops to align design strategies with business objectives. Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in Japanese for specific work ‑ related interactions or documentation, where required. Experience with all stages of product development - concept, wireframes, design iterations, production and quality assurance. Experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Figma, and other software development environments. Experience designing and prototyping user interfaces within technical constraints. Experience with all stages of product development, including concept, wireframes, design iterations, production, and quality assurance.
