Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support applications for AT Automation Host, AT Mfg Applications, Data Collection, and Process Control Systems worldwide.
- Collaborate within the Host Automation Framework Team and Agile Team on automation development and operation support.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and suggest resolutions for production and process issues.
- Train customers on the applications, tools, and utilities required to sustain Automation Host Applications.
- Troubleshoot applications in real-time when they do not perform as expected.
- Provide technical support and input to internal customers or third-party providers for problem identification and resolution.
- Create application documents and test changes according to business rules before production release.
- Track and report indices to monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering OR Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
- Understanding and some level of exposure in any Programming language.
- Good Problem-solving and Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and adhere to ITSM Processes.
- Understanding of middleware and messaging concepts.
