Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong understanding of photolithography principles and semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Hands-on experience with photolithography equipment such as DNS/TEL tracks and Canon/ASML steppers
  • Experience with Aligner (EVG/SUSS), Screen printing (EKRA), and Bonding (EVG) equipment is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) techniques
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and multitask
  • Knowledge of EKRA printing and bonding processes is considered a distinct advantage
