Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Support demand forecasting and supply planning activities
- Analyze inventory levels, turnover, and obsolescence risks
- Prepare reports and dashboards for supply chain performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement teams to gather input for planning cycles
- Help identify and resolve supply-demand imbalances
- Participate in monthly S&OP meetings and follow up on action items
- Maintain data integrity in ERP and planning systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data modeling)
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts such as forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or planning tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word for creating presentations and reports
- Knowledge of basic statistics or data analysis techniques is advantageous
- Prior internship or project experience in operations, logistics, or business analysis is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Eligible to receive academic credit or authorized to work in the country of employment
