Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry with a background in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) processes.
  • Familiarity with CMP equipment such as AMAT MirraMesa or EBARA tools, related consumables, and slurry characteristics.
  • Excellent statistical thinking and creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
