Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time problem analysis on defects, equipment alarms, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) violations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry with a background in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) processes.
- Familiarity with CMP equipment such as AMAT MirraMesa or EBARA tools, related consumables, and slurry characteristics.
- Excellent statistical thinking and creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
