Key Responsibilities
- Manage the function of a Section and Unit Assist Branch Manager in implementing procedures according to Quality Procedures, Work Specifications, Work Instructions, Signal Standing Instructions, and all relevant changes.
- Manage cybersecurity compliance and audits for the signal branch.
- Update and gather necessary information from FSC or Ops for reporting in the FSC Daily Production Meeting.
- Ensure all Section requirements regarding procedures and instructions are compliant.
- Monitor work, motivate staff to achieve Signal Performance Standards, and ensure safety and quality requirements are maintained and improved.
- Analyze and review Signal and PSD system performance.
- Review and plan the adequacy of manpower and material resources for the Section.
- Conduct periodic supervision of staff work and review/endorse required reports.
- Prepare a yearly budgetary estimate for the Section and manage spares’ control.
- Manage procedures and processes of the IT Security System and networking, ensuring auditability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Proven work experience with Signaling & PSD Systems and Equipment.
- Knowledge of Computer Skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Words, and Outlook.
- Understanding of IT systems such as Servers, Networking, and Client/Server communication.
- Leadership skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
