- Track key equipment performance indices and generate reports for management reviews.
- Lead manufacturing staff and shift technicians to achieve output and quality goals.
- Set up and qualify new tool setups, collaborating with logistics and facilities during the process.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement timely workarounds and fixes.
- Drive root cause identification and resolution for prioritized issues across different teams.
- Manage equipment hardware, software, process changes, and documentation.
- Develop software to monitor the test production floor and enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all levels.
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- Willingness and ability to work on a flexible schedule (e.g., compress shift).
- Required to work on shift.
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
