Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate budgeting and funding reviews with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Procurement, and Planning.
- Drive continuous improvement across capital management processes by incorporating expanded scopes and long-term metrics.
- Oversee project execution, monitoring PO and project progress to identify mitigation plans for potential delays.
- Define cost-saving strategies in collaboration with Project Owners, Engineering, and Procurement stakeholders.
- Develop and support detailed reporting capabilities using tools like Power BI Data Analytics to enable in-depth data analysis.
- Partner with Planning, Finance, Procurement, and Strategic PMO to examine spend trends, cost drivers, and cost performance.
- Govern and support facilities & construction project cost-related processes, benchmarking, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Planning to examine the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and assess high-level scenario impacts for Facilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or Finance.
- Proven experience in facilities project cost management and workflow.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end cost management process guidelines from concept to execution.
- Demonstrated Program Management capability to manage cost projects effectively through the lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented focus on accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust across a global network.
