Key Responsibilities

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end planning for learning and engagement programs.
- Strong organizational skills required to coordinate logistics for various planned CBWMO led programs (e.g., Knowledge Nibbles, DILO, Be my guest).
- Excellent communication skills for driving awareness and maintaining targeted communications.
- Proactive tracking abilities to monitor KPIs like POP hours and WeTQ utilization.
- Ability to collaborate closely with product owners and HR partners on program execution.
