Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate visits, events, engagement programmes, and partnership initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
- Manage initiatives by coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines and monitoring progress toward objectives.
- Develop and oversee realistic budgets, track expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize resources.
- Coordinate with Corporate Shared Services and Trains Management to deliver seamless engagement programmes and events.
- Perform secretariat duties at Board, Management, and Key Stakeholders meetings, including facilitation and documentation.
- Demonstrate agility in addressing unforeseen challenges, technical problems, conflicts, or sudden changes in plans.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational or management role.
- Proven exposure to stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or event management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration at all organizational levels.
- Ability to think strategically and apply critical thinking to challenges and opportunities.
