Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Seasoned commercial leader with proven success in consistently delivering profitable growth whilst building progressively larger Commercial organisations in emerging markets.
- Career history spanning combination of Sales and Marketing leadership in MNC within highly matrixed environments.
- Strong commercial leadership experience across sales, marketing, trade, and customer models
- Track record of developing and executing business strategies in complex, regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization
- Proven people leadership with strengths in talent development, engagement, and succession planning
- Experience within nutrition, healthcare, FMCG, or similarly regulated industries
- Exposure to both affiliate (country) leadership roles and regional / headquarter functions
- Experience operating in multi‑country, multicultural, or APAC environments
- Strong understanding of Singapore healthcare, regulatory, and consumer landscape
- Strategic agility and strong execution discipline
