Key Responsibilities

Manage operational and month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, analytical reviews, and financial reporting for US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
Oversee one or more functional accounting processes for entities within the Asia Pacific region.
Support strategic cross-functional projects, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and process implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum of 5 years of related accounting/finance experience.
Proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS is required.
Experience in MNCs and/or Big 4 firms.
Proficiency in SAP.
Proven track record in driving projects and/or process improvement initiatives.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently.
Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and oral) and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders.
