Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning activities for the APAC region, including annual plan, LBE cycles, capital planning, and headcount planning.
- Coordinate, consolidate, and challenge the APAC financial planning and quarterly forecasting process to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Oversee monthly close activities, including P&L ownership, variance analysis, and internal management reporting for the APAC region.
- Provide proactive analysis on pricing, margin improvement, and other key profitability initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership on financial matters, preparing support for pipeline reviews and quarterly business reviews.
- Maintain and analyze internal controls over pricing and profitability, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven financial experience, ideally with exposure to commercial operations and FP&A.
- Strong ability to develop financial models incorporating multiple variables and analyze various financial scenarios.
- Solid accounting knowledge and strong technical systems skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and complex processes.
- Strong business acumen to identify and communicate key business trends.
- Skilled at presenting financial data and concepts clearly to management and non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written).
