Key Responsibilities
- Lead UPW/WWT system design for construction projects.
- Provide critical technical support and on-site presence during critical failures across all sites.
- Lead a global cross-functional team focused on operational excellence with site systems engineers.
- Drive improvement in utility quality through variation reduction (SPC) and TPM implementation.
- Drive alignment for common methodologies including SPC, conformance, SIPP’s, MOC, and 8D problem-solving network-wide.
- Identify and deploy cost reduction efforts while optimizing and reducing energy usage for UPW/WWT systems.
- Assess and ensure effective predictive maintenance programs across the network.
- Develop appropriate metrics (On time PM’s, MTTF, MTTR) to drive continuous improvement.
- Benchmark system performance and drive Best-In-Class approaches across the network.
