Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Capital, Spares, and Services.
- Execute and manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including delivery follow-up, budgeting support, and invoice reconciliation.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned site and network suppliers, qualifying them strategically.
- Drive service and spares localization strategies to enhance uptime, response time, and supply chain resilience.

- Lead or participate in supplier negotiations for sustaining purchases, contract renewals, and extensions.
- Monitor supplier performance against defined KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Supply Chain Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
- Proven experience managing contracts, negotiations, and commercial terms.
- Demonstrated ability in data-driven cost analysis and should-cost modeling.
- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and financial controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder influencing skills in a matrix organization.
