Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Technical Field Domain Expert, providing consultation and support to Global, Regional, and Site Facilities and Manufacturing teams.

  • Support Design and Construction projects by developing, reviewing, and maintaining Global Design and Construction Standards and Specifications.
  • Develop system design concepts for field systems, including Control System Architecture, System P&IDs, Sequence of Operations, and Functional Descriptions.
  • Review design packages, providing documented feedback to ensure compliance with all standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Monitor construction projects, providing Engineering and Design support, and assisting with cost and schedule estimates.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to provide engineering system ownership for critical Facilities systems (I&C, FMCS, SCADA, Life Safety, Toxic Gas Monitoring, Telecom, Security).
  • Experience supporting all phases of design, construction, installation, start-up, operations, and maintenance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal partners including Technology Development, Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex facility system issues.
  • Ability to travel internationally 15-25% on average, up to 30% during critical project phases.
  • Commitment to upholding Global Standardization and Alignment in engineering practices.
