Key Responsibilities
- Sustaining and maintaining critical Fab Support Tools (Vacuum Pump, Point of use Scrubbers, Chillers/Heat exchanger).
- Leading a team of technicians to provide compressed shift coverage for manufacturing lines.
- Establishing and improving process conditions and technology on Support and Main tool system setups, including interlocks and safety systems.
- Upgrading process capability and reducing production costs while controlling department spending for daily operations.
- Establishing and modifying process management projects utilizing control and safety systems (RMS, SCADA, monitoring dashboards).
- Evaluating, promoting, and planning for new equipment and materials, including the introduction and maintenance of new OEM equipment.
- Performing abnormal analysis to implement continuous improvement and reliability enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
