Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Sales offices on daily shipments for customers
  • Ensure Sales offices are placing order entries in system timely
  • Liaise with PM & Sales on key customers’ ramp up plan for new filters release & depletion for end of life projects
  • Stay up-to date with delivery schedules and changes in customers’ demands
  • Represent factory on issues of rescheduling from PM & Sales, negotiate and not comply blindly
  • Liaise with PM on monthly sales forecast and projections
  • Conduct customer visits with Sales / PM to understand customer requirements
  • Liaise with PM & Sales to ensure correct types are built on stock and manage stock ageing to avoid slow moving and obsolescence
  • Manage customers’ returns, credit & debit issues to ensure clean status of stock in factory
  • Ensure orders received are in line with bucket split allocated in SAP
  • Mitigate differences with PM & Sales from factory’s perspective when demand exceeds capacity
  • Proactively set up review meetings with reporting manager to ensure career development plan is aligned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • 5 years’ experience in Key Account Service, Customer Service (Fulfillment / Logistic) in Electronics sector
  • Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and procedures (e.g., demand metrics, supply levels, customer pushout)
  • Ability to analyze, report, and resolve supply planning activities
  • Experience monitoring schedule and scope of product(s)
  • Proficiency in using Demand Statement and other reports to plan, schedule, and monitor material movement
  • Knowledge of SAP for order validation and bucket split allocation
  • Soft and hard skills including attending related courses for development
  • Negotiation skills for rescheduling discussions with PM and Sales
  • Customer engagement skills for visits and requirement gathering
  • Forecasting and projection analysis capabilities
  • Inventory management skills to manage stock ageing and obsolescence
  • Experience managing customer returns, credit, and debit issues
