Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with global Diabetes strategy and regional priorities

- Lead annual operating plans, long-range planning, and forecasting with clear growth and profitability targets
- Drive launch excellence for new products, indications, and digital/service solutions

- Ensure effective go-to-market models across direct and indirect channels, adapting by market needs
- Oversee pricing, contracting, and reimbursement strategies in partnership with Market Access
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of senior commercial leaders and country managers
- Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability, transparency, and customer focus
- Role-model ethical leadership and compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Background in life sciences, business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience in healthcare, medtech, or pharmaceuticals
- Proven senior leadership experience with P&L ownership (large, complex regional business scale)
- Strong track record of driving growth in complex, multi-country or emerging market regions
- Experience in Diabetes or chronic care businesses is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing direct and indirect/distributor-based business models
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution
- Deep commercial acumen: sales excellence, marketing, pricing, and market access understanding
