Key Responsibilities
- Lead User Requirement Gathering with key stakeholders and conduct User Acceptance Testing with the Application Development team/key users.
- Provide Production Support for software defects and Operational Support covering Training, System Security, and User Access Reviews for BCM systems.
- Coordinate and conduct organization-wide BCP exercises to validate business units' incident response and recovery capabilities against worst-case scenarios.
- Provide value-added BCM advisory support to Business Units/Subsidiaries, including quality review of their BCP with Gen AI assistance.
- Manage day-to-day administrative support for the team, including procurement requirements, GLAO reconciliation, and management of BCP alternate sites.
- Apply Gen AI to develop tools/use cases to enhance workflows and reduce employee toil.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) planning and execution.
- Proven ability to lead requirement gathering and UAT for critical systems.
- Strong understanding of incident response and recovery capabilities across business units.
- Experience providing operational support for specialized management systems.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks related to BCM program continuity.
- Familiarity with applying technology (like Gen AI) to enhance business processes.
