Key Responsibilities
- Influence Product Service Life Cycle (SLC) to optimize service business aspects including reliability, diagnostics, and Preventative Maintenance.
- Sustain product's critical customer issues by analyzing data from various sources and developing detailed plans of action (POA) in collaboration with Engineering.
- Conduct spares obsolescence risk analysis and coordinate with the Spares Planning team to mitigate Service supply chain risks.
- Drive part quality issues from field reports through closure with Operations Quality and Spares Planning Team.
- Support planning for retrofits, including serviceability validation and resource availability assessment.
- Evaluate the serviceability of custom one-off projects (RFEs) as they are developed.
- Act as a key stakeholder in mature Product Lifecycle Controls (PLCs) to guide products through end-of-manufacturing or end-of-service phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
- Expertise in Basic Microsoft Software Packages
- Excellent presentation skills and comfort addressing various audiences
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and techniques
- Ability to travel domestically & foreign up to 25%
