Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities to ensure industrial park and asset developments are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage the tender process alongside the Procurement Management Team by pre-qualifying contractors and consultants, preparing technical tender documents, and conducting tender clarifications and evaluations to secure optimal project partners
- Collaborate with the Engineering Lead to review consultant designs, drawings, and specifications to optimize design efficiency and control project costs
- Conduct technical investigations for new industrial parks, including developing preliminary infrastructure concepts and assessing development constraints and risks
- Liaise effectively with internal management, project directors, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues and facilitate smooth project execution
- Propose and implement practical solutions for civil and structural engineering challenges throughout the development lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and organized technical documentation to support internal audits and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of experience in civil and structural design and project management
- Familiarity with design standards, Code of Practices, Building and Fire Safety Regulations
- Knowledge of Green Building & Sustainability Design frameworks such as EDGE and LEED
- Experience working in consultancy firms or on industrial park and industrial building projects, preferably within the Southeast Asian region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project or quality management systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs
