Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Business Development, Finance, Tax) to mitigate legal and commercial risks.
  • Manage general corporate matters in SEA, including entity establishment and governance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 12 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
  • Minimum 4 years of legal practice in a reputable law firm.
  • Experience in energy projects, EPC contracts, and O&M contracts is required.
  • Proven experience with cross-border transactional projects and project financing.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively engage with business leads on project structuring.
