Key Responsibilities
- Enable employees to effectively use enterprise-approved AI tools for documentation, analysis, presentations, and productivity improvement.
- Support the adoption and use of approved AI agents and low-code/no-code AI-enabled solutions.
- Guide users on when and how to apply different AI tools or agents for specific business tasks and workflows.
- Develop and maintain AI enablement assets, including playbooks, prompt guides, FAQs, and best-practice examples.
- Partner with business stakeholders to support AI adoption, change enablement, and consistent usage standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Working knowledge of enterprise generative AI capabilities at a user-application level (non-engineering).
- Ability to guide business users on effective prompting, use-case selection, and responsible AI usage.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
