Requirements

- 6-10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR advisory, or HR generalist role supporting business stakeholders.
- Strong foundation across core HR areas: employee relations, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
- Proven ability to advise business leaders on people-related matters with practical, business-aligned advice.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
