Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage non-coin product initiatives (e.g. collectibles, lifestyle products, premium merchandise) from concept to launch.
- Translate ideas and themes into feasible product concepts, specifications, timelines, and cost structures.
- Coordinate product development activities including prototyping, sourcing, sampling, and production readiness.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor reviews to inform product concepts and positioning.
- Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and differentiation levers to strengthen product appeal and commercial outcomes.
- Work with internal stakeholders to refine product concepts based on market insights and business priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (programme management, marketing, design, procurement, operations, quality) to deliver product milestones.
- Work with external vendors, suppliers, and partners on product development, costing, timelines, and quality requirements.
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Support pricing, costing, and margin analysis for assigned products.
- Partner marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market planning, product launches, and sales enablement.
- Provide product information, specifications, and supporting materials to sales channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Arts, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in product development, programme management, merchandising, or consumer product management.
- Experience in non-coin consumer or collectible products is preferred.
- Exposure to sourcing, vendor management, or production processes is an advantage.
- Strong product development and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical skills, including basic costing and margin awareness.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Creative mindset with an interest in consumer products, collectibles, or lifestyle goods.
