Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage non-coin product initiatives (e.g. collectibles, lifestyle products, premium merchandise) from concept to launch.

  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support pricing, costing, and margin analysis for assigned products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Arts, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in product development, programme management, merchandising, or consumer product management.
  • Experience in non-coin consumer or collectible products is preferred.
  • Exposure to sourcing, vendor management, or production processes is an advantage.
  • Strong product development and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good analytical skills, including basic costing and margin awareness.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in consumer products, collectibles, or lifestyle goods.
