Key Responsibilities

- Ensure training devices operate at required customer levels through timely configuration changes and software updates.
- Conduct tests, checks, and preventive maintenance according to schedules, reporting trends to line management.
- Comply with the Compliance Monitoring System at all times.
Requirements
- Higher Educational Qualification in Electronic or Aeronautical Engineering discipline.
- Ability to perform shift work (07:30-19:30-07:30 12 Hour shift - 4 day cycle).
- Proven ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and ethical conduct within the workplace.
- Excellent command of IT and ability to keep abreast of technological advancements.
- Effective communicator with a customer-oriented focus.
- Basic workshop practices including soldering, drilling, and fastening.
