Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve fleet performance to ensure safe, reliable, and economical operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and support new program Entry Into Service (EIS) and new customer EIS, acting as a transverse function in Airbus Asia-Pacific customer service.
  • Define mitigations for regional issues across Asia-Pacific and follow up on final fix availability in close link with the SB program team.
  • Support all Programs and Customer Services organizations by providing in-service data, reference data, dashboards, and reports.
  • Lead the preparation of Fleet Review meetings, ensuring overall readiness in coordination with the in-service engineering team.
  • Cooperate with authorities to monitor fleet performance of APAC airlines regarding safety, reliability, and economics, and propose necessary actions.
  • Build partnerships with APAC customers through regular visits, Fleet performance reviews, regional seminars, and workshops.
  • Evaluate Airlines and MROs' maintenance and engineering practices to identify areas for enhancement in safety, efficiency, quality, and technical capacities.
  • Ensure Asia-Pacific fleet operational reliability meets or exceeds global targets.

Requirements

  • Graduation in aeronautical studies or aircraft systems.
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in Customer Services business and/or airline maintenance & engineering.
  • Strong ability to defend Airbus Customer Services and customers' interests in front of third parties.
  • Good knowledge of customer needs regarding maintenance & engineering operational activities.
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong coordination and relational skills to deal with authorities, customers, vendors, and Airbus departments.
  • Tenacious, responsible, adaptable, flexible, and highly customer-service minded.
