Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic global supply strategy across all Assembly and Test manufacturing locations.
- Participate in implementation of global supply and inventory strategy by establishing key supply readiness strategy, identifying required resources, and developing communication channels and tools.
- Contribute to supply strategy development through understanding current and future needs, analyzing market and company trends, benchmarking world-class approaches, and identifying opportunities to leverage changes in processes, systems, and products/services.
- Ensure department compliance to company policies and departmental procedures.
- Provide input to leadership on building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation on teams and projects.
- Serve as supplier key point of contact for supply execution.
- Define Materials Buy rule and execute to buy rule; own PO management, order confirmation, rescheduling, and raw material liability.
- Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment; own global WOS and supply allocation; perform demand supply insight analysis; host Global WOS review with leadership team.
- Drive supply fungibility across network; publish forecast to supplier on weekly basis; own supply shortage resolution.
- Manage supplier product/process EOL; build and develop materials specific supply execution strategy including materials and key raw materials capacity planning and readiness; perform regular reviews to drive capacity readiness and bottleneck resolution.
- Prepare and present forecast, capacity, and OTD/LTD in supplier QBR/ASE commercial meetings; conduct business survey of supplier lead-time and perform LTD/OTD metric review.
- Responsible for Info record Leadtime update on monthly basis; negotiate with supplier on capacity and leadtime; drive BKM and improvement; serve as SME for systems, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills.
- Possess communication and influencing ability and a persuasive advocate.
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
- Innovative and teamwork focused.
- Able to work independently as well as with a cross functional team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
