  • Facilitate smooth shift transitions by providing detailed pass down to team members.

Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent experience in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in TEM materials characterization, including EDS and EELS applications, grain size and strain analysis based on precession electron diffraction.
  • Expertise in advanced TEM characterization such as electron holography, tomography and ptychography is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming with DM scripts and Python.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of innovation.
  • In-depth background in thermodynamics, kinetics, crystallography, and diffraction.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
