Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic accounts within OEM and channel partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in industrial automation, OEM, and channel management.
- Proven track record in account management, solution selling, and business development.
- Strong understanding of automation systems, PLCs, and SCADA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation) or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
