Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market scans to identify service trends, emerging opportunities, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs.
- Analyze industry reports, customer insights, and operational data to generate findings supporting business development strategies.
- Assist in assessing potential new service offerings, enhancements, and partnership opportunities.
- Consolidate stakeholder feedback into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Map end-to-end lead generation activities, from opportunity identification through to stakeholder alignment and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-BU stakeholders (Sales, Marcom, Revenue Development Team) to ensure coordinated execution of initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of identified opportunities and track progress for timely follow-through.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering/IT related or similar, Master/MBA candidate.
- Strong digital skills and Data Analytics capability.
- Business Acumen.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proven ability in Market Research.
