Key Responsibilities

  • Support ecommerce product roadmap development and feature prioritization based on business impact and customer insights

Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline
  • Exposure to or interest in AI or machine learning, Large Language Models (LLM)-powered products, or NLP (academic/internship/professional experience welcomed)
  • Understanding of ecommerce trends and digital product development
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; PSPO certification a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
  • Self-driven, meticulous, and eager to learn
  • At least 2 years experience in ecommerce, digital product management, or AI/ML product roles
  • Experience or interest in genAI, chatbots, or AI-powered customer experiences
  • Familiarity with API basics and web/app integration concepts
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and continuous optimization
  • Exposure to analytics tools (GA4, Splunk)
  • Interest in SEO/AEO optimization, structured data, accessibility
