Key Responsibilities
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to identify potential customers and target segments and establish business prospects (eg. cold calling, networking, industry events) to understand clients' learning needs
- Develop marketing collaterals to support business development (eg. pitch decks)
- Derive proposal for provision of learning & development services for prospects, to include structured pricing and milestones for delivery
- Work closely with subject matter experts from training team on learning needs analysis, courseware development to ensure client requirements are met
- Build and maintain relationship with key partners, provide excellent customer service and be proactive to look out for opportunities to introduce relevant Learning & Development services
- Monitor delivery milestones to ensure services are delivered as per service agreement with clients
- Coordinate with subject matter experts in the relevant Training Schools and provide inputs based on learning needs for courseware development and delivery
- Draft and negotiate contracts and service agreement with external organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders from Legal, Insurance, Taxation etc.
- Collate data for reporting and analysis to study trends and analyse service quality and standards to assess areas for growth and improvement
Requirements
- Possess a University Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
