Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing the end-to-end data workflow for generation statistics (data capture, validation, storage, processing)
- Develop user‑friendly data input forms/pages for daily and monthly operational data
- Implement automated KPI calculation logic using predefined engineering and reliability formulas
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting interfaces for operational and management use
- Work with Engineering & Operations Planning teams to understand data structures, reporting requirements, and business needs
- Partner with the IT team on system architecture, database setup, and platform integration activities
- Explore and optionally prototype an AI chatbot capable of retrieving plant documents and records from SharePoint
Requirements
- Undergraduate student in Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering (Computing, Software, or related)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Basic programming or scripting in Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Understanding of database concepts and data workflow design
- Experience with SharePoint or cloud‑based data storage environments
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or chatbot development
- Basic knowledge of application development, data workflows, or database concepts
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Self‑motivated, systematic, and able to work independently
