Key Responsibilities
- Support identification, design, and implementation of operational improvement initiatives across the region
- Assist in process standardization, efficiency improvements, and performance measurement initiatives
- Facilitate root‑cause analyses, problem‑solving workshops, and operational reviews
- Establish, maintain, and enhance the regional PMO framework, standards, and reporting
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as required
- Prepare operational and project performance dashboards, reports, and updates for regional and international corporate leadership
- Support regional governance forums and decision‑making bodies with structured materials and follow‑up on actions and decisions
- Collaborate with functional heads, business units, regional teams, and corporate counterparts to align initiatives with operational and strategic priorities
- Act as a central coordination point for cross‑functional projects and operational initiatives
- Support change management and ensure adoption of improved processes and systems across the region
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, project management, or transformation programs
- Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Experience working with multiple functions, business units, and international stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and coordination skills
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
- Project or Program Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) is an advantage
- Ability to structure complex initiatives, drive execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery of tangible results
- Understanding of regional operations, processes, and performance metrics
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence across functions, business units, and corporate stakeholders
- Proactive, hands‑on, delivery oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced matrixed environment
- Experience supporting regional operations in a multi‑country or matrixed organization
- Exposure to internal transformation, digitalization, or operational improvement programs
