Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, project management, or transformation programs
  • Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Experience working with multiple functions, business units, and international stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and coordination skills
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
  • Project or Program Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) is an advantage
  • Ability to structure complex initiatives, drive execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery of tangible results
  • Understanding of regional operations, processes, and performance metrics
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence across functions, business units, and corporate stakeholders
  • Proactive, hands‑on, delivery oriented
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced matrixed environment
  • Experience supporting regional operations in a multi‑country or matrixed organization
