Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for pre-Si planning & post-Si execution of ATE test development across 2 product groups.
- Lead and mentor a large team of 70+ engineers and managers from diverse backgrounds.
- Drive the vision and strategy for product engineering in alignment with company directions.
- Define strategic roadmaps with design teams to achieve First Time Right (FTR) quality in ATE test patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Verification, Test, Software, Operations) to meet manufacturability, testability, reliability, and cost goals.
- Drive test program optimization focused on yield improvement and test time reduction.
- Oversee end-to-end ATE test strategy across wafer sort and final test, aligned with product roadmaps.
- Implement data analytics and machine learning techniques to enhance overall test efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 20 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry.
- Proven technical leadership in semiconductor ATE test development.
- Strong practical background ensuring optimal delivery of product semiconductor ATE test solutions.
- Proven experience in product qualification, characterization, and ATE test engineering.
- Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
